This segment is used to specify the total quantity ordered for the current line identified in the LIN segment. If split deliveries are being used, the quantities for the split delivery are specified in segment group 37. The totals for all quantities expressed in the QTY's at segment group level must equal the value in this QTY segment. DE 6063: Code value '59' is only to be used in the orders message for confirmation purposes and not to change any information previously agreed and contained in a price or product catalogue.
